Warranty & Return Policy:

Warranty: 

All NEW scratch and dent appliances purchased from our store come with a manufacturer's warranty, which varies depending on the product. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and is valid from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage. If for any reason the manufacturer does not honor their warranty, TJ's Appliance Warehouse includes a 1-year parts and replacement warranty on all appliances we sell. Customers will need to show their original receipt before any warranty work can be performed.

All used appliances come with a 14-day guarantee. If there's an issue with your used appliance, please contact us directly so we can send a technician out to fix the issue. if the technician isn't able to fix the appliance, we will look into an exchange for a similar appliance. If we don't have a similar appliance in stock, then we can issue a refund for the item purchased. We do not guarantee any ice makers. 

Return Policy: 

All sales are final. If you have an issue with your new scratch and dent appliance and the product is registered with the manufacturer, customers must go through the manufacturer's warranty process. If you have an issue with a used appliance, please contact TJ's Appliance Warehouse for assistance.
